VECYRA is a desktop project-controls platform that runs one governed project model — from the CPM schedule through progress, earned value, risk, change, and claims. Every number is computed by deterministic engines, validated before it is trusted, and traceable to its source.
Every module reads and writes the same governed project model. When the planner shifts a data date, Control sees it at the next period close, Commercial sees it in the delay register, and Reporter cites it in the monthly pack. No exports, no re-keying, no version roulette.
VECYRA is engineered around a simple position: a project control number you cannot explain is a liability. The platform is built so every figure can be recomputed, traced, and defended.
Schedule, cost, progress, risk, change, and claims are views over a single governed object model — not separate files that drift apart. There is no “schedule file” and “cost file” to reconcile, because there is only the project.
Every object carries provenance — where the value came from, who changed it, and when. An append-only audit trail records the history of the model, so the same evidence chain that supports a claim supports your governance review.
A validation engine checks the model continuously and reports findings you can act on: what is wrong, where, why it matters, and how severe it is. Findings explain themselves — they don't just flag a cell red.
CPM scheduling is computed by a deterministic, calendar-aware engine: the same inputs always produce the same dates, and every result can be inspected and recomputed. Monte Carlo risk simulation outputs are explicitly labeled as simulation.
Projects actually exchange data in Excel. Smart Workbooks embrace that: export a structured workbook, edit it in Excel, then bring it back through diff, validation, and a controlled publish — with every returned value checked against the model before it lands.
The full delivery organization on one platform — Planning, Control, Analysis, Commercial, Systems & Commissioning, and Reporter, with Core included. Billed annually.
