What you get

The full Suite in every beta build — all six modules and Core — with the sample project and genuine XER import for your own schedules. New builds and release notes go to participants first, and your feedback goes directly to the people building the product.

What we ask

Use it on real work. Report what breaks, what's missing, and which workflows fight you. Beta feedback — especially from live schedules, real period closes, and actual claim files — decides what ships at general availability.

Your data

Projects are stored as local .vecyra files on your machine. You choose what, if anything, to share with us when reporting issues. See the privacy policy for details.

Beta questions.

Beta builds are evaluation builds. The published per-module prices apply at general availability, and participants are informed before any transition to paid licensing.
Yes — that is one of the main things we want tested. The importer is validated against genuine P6 v5–v8 XER exports, and the validation engine runs on arrival, so legacy schedule-quality problems surface in the first session.
We aim to migrate project files forward between builds, and the changelog calls out any build where that isn't possible. During beta, keep a backup of .vecyra files before upgrading — pre-release software has no guarantees.
